The large 27” enclosure is very well made, and works perfectly for our pet bunny! We disassembled the enclosure for a recent move, unbeknownst to me, my husband also disassembled the entire door. I reached out to Clearly Loved Pets customer service and received a prompt reply with very detailed information that helped us to reassemble the door. Our enclosure is back to working condition and our bunny is happy!
We have a few of these pens and they work perfectly for the dogs and for us. The dogs love having their own space where they can still see what is going on. I like them because they are attractive and easy to clean. We recently ordered the floor for one pen, it is also easy to clean and not slippery like our tile floors. We have ordered additional parts for the pens, the customer service is excellent.
I have had the Clearly Loved Pens for 4 years, housing multiple bunnies. Their product is fantastic. They look amazing and I've been able to adjust the size and shape of my pens over the years as needed. The pens are high quality, easy to assemble and still look as good today after 4 years of use. I get compliments on them from my house visitors all of the time. Highly recommend!
THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE My friend recommended this company for our new bunny. I liked the look of it and decided to give it a try. After set up I relapsed one of our pieces didn’t seem to fit properly so I emailed the company. I got an almost immediate response, Wayne is who helped me and talked me through possible solutions and we solved the issue. Although they were fully prepared to send me a new part if needed, we didn’t end up needing it. I was so impressed with how friendly they were and how promptly they engaged. I will now be recommending them to others I know and will be a repeat customer.
I have been looking for an acrylic puppy pen for my forthcoming litter of medium breed dogs. As I couldn’t find a UK company that manufactures what I was looking for I was delighted to find that clearly loved pets were advertising exactly what I was looking for and the expansion kits (bought separately) that I could add to make the size of pen I wanted for our puppies. I tried to order and got a message that they could accept an order of multiple products in one order for international shipping due to a glitch in their system and was advised to order the pen and the expansion kits separately. I have done so this evening and have been charged a total of £708.88 shipping and import taxes for a product order of £582.59. I emailed their customer service and explained that I didn’t have an option but to order in 2 separate orders as I couldn’t order in one order and asked for one of the shipping orders to be reimbursed. The reply was very quick that they cant do anything about the shipping costs. HENCE I HAVE ASKED THEM TO CANCELLED my order
