I have been looking for an acrylic puppy pen for my forthcoming litter of medium breed dogs. As I couldn’t find a UK company that manufactures what I was looking for I was delighted to find that clearly loved pets were advertising exactly what I was looking for and the expansion kits (bought separately) that I could add to make the size of pen I wanted for our puppies. I tried to order and got a message that they could accept an order of multiple products in one order for international shipping due to a glitch in their system and was advised to order the pen and the expansion kits separately. I have done so this evening and have been charged a total of £708.88 shipping and import taxes for a product order of £582.59. I emailed their customer service and explained that I didn’t have an option but to order in 2 separate orders as I couldn’t order in one order and asked for one of the shipping orders to be reimbursed. The reply was very quick that they cant do anything about the shipping costs. HENCE I HAVE ASKED THEM TO CANCELLED my order
