I used one of the weight management tools last year and it worked, and often use the apps for stress management, productivity and procrastination when I get a bit stuck. After two years as a monthly pay as you go member I've invested in the life package now as I use it a lot, and find it really good. So pleased with the new content they are adding, too, the exercises etc. Whenever I've contacted customer support they have been super helpful and fair, always resolving my issue quickly (I duplicated my membership once and thought the app wasn't working, but I was signed in on the one which had expired). Brilliant system and company.
