Very unprofessional and ineffective

I'm giving a rating of 1 because I can't give 0. The professionalism is severely lacking, and it doesn't resemble genuine hypnotherapy at all. It felt like a scam! Neither my daughter nor I saw any benefits; it seems they take advantage of vulnerable individuals. I researched the two individuals involved, and they aren't qualified therapists! It's incredibly insensitive.

Some repetition

This program is quite good, but considering the cost, I'm uncertain. Each session consists of about 85% similar content, with only the last part being unique. After doing this for a long time, I hope for a bit more variety.

Excellent sessions

The sessions are outstanding. I would love for a different guide to handle the pain management sessions, as sometimes I find the current voice a bit grating on tough days. I've lost 12 pounds and have been alcohol-free for 58 days. I was using these sessions to cope with pain, but it hasn't helped much. Thank you for assisting me in managing my chronic condition.
