Cut off for days

I've been cut off for three days due to an unpaid bill, but I've tried multiple times to pay, and it keeps saying 'pending' or that my credit card doesn't exist, even though I confirm transactions in my bank app. They have taken my money, and I've been 'pending' for two days. There's no way to talk to anyone; only an AI bot that says operators are busy and directs me to social media. When I reached out on social media, it sent me back to the bot! I've never encountered such a ridiculous issue with any company before.
