I switched a couple of months ago and have had no problems at all. The SIM arrived in the mail, I inserted it into my phone, and that was it. I've also brought three family members to this service, and my parents, who live in an older brick house without Internet, have had no issues. I’ve lowered my daughter's phone bill from over 35 a month to just 12.99 now. 🙃

The coverage is very poor. I find myself out of service more often than not. I signed up less than six months ago and will be leaving soon. WiFi is what keeps me connected, but I’ve missed many calls while out and about, and the service is weak for basic tasks.
The company continues to withdraw money from my account under different merchant names, despite my cancellation after a terrible experience. They blocked my account for six months, and now they are still taking money. It's truly unfair for a large company to behave this way.
This network is the worst you can choose—it's an absolute joke and a rip-off. They advertise 99% 5G coverage, but I get better signal on an actual network. It might work decently in town, but once you're out of it, good luck loading anything. Their website doesn’t function, no one answers the phone, and logging in is impossible. It's all about taking your money and forgetting about you. Avoid this network—you're better off with other options.
My experience has been very frustrating. I switched to this service during a promotion, but the SIM card was never delivered. I've contacted support five times, but nothing has been resolved. I've been cut off for three days due to an unpaid bill, but I've tried multiple times to pay, and it keeps saying 'pending' or that my credit card doesn't exist, even though I confirm transactions in my bank app. They have taken my money, and I've been 'pending' for two days. There's no way to talk to anyone; only an AI bot that says operators are busy and directs me to social media. When I reached out on social media, it sent me back to the bot! I've never encountered such a ridiculous issue with any company before.
