I switched a couple of months ago and have had no problems at all. The SIM arrived in the mail, I inserted it into my phone, and that was it. I've also brought three family members to this service, and my parents, who live in an older brick house without Internet, have had no issues. I’ve lowered my daughter's phone bill from over 35 a month to just 12.99 now. 🙃
