Great app, got reference from my friend unlike other app/websites that charge for full credit report, they do it for free. My first month using, I have started using their tips to boost credit score, I have not yet seen changes but I know it will be better for the next months to come

Frustrating experience with the platform

The platform is frustrating. I receive emails stating "you have an update," but upon logging in, all I find are attempts to sell me another credit card or push me to take out a loan. It's challenging to sift through the aggressive sales tactics to find anything genuinely helpful.

Unable to Update Address Information

The platform does not allow me to change my address. Although I am registered to vote at my current address, it only lists options from a decade ago. I have lived here for five years. Additionally, when I try to input my two companies in the employment section, neither appears, despite being registered. The app feels outdated and can be quite misleading.

Frustrating service - Not accessible for everyone

I've been trying to access my account for months to reset my password. Each month, I receive an email stating my report is ready. When I attempt to reset my password, I never receive a response. It's not in my spam folder, and I can't even cancel my account due to lack of access. There's no customer service number available. This service is inadequate, especially for individuals with learning disabilities. Very disappointing!

My credit report contains a lot of outdated financial information, which raises concerns about unpaid credit cards or inaccurate loan balances. To dispute issues through the service, you must first verify your account, but finding guidance on how to do that is almost impossible. It seems the platform isn't keen on making the process user-friendly. Not everything is as it appears!

Disappointing experience

This service is ineffective. My credit score dropped 80 points, which is confusing. A soft search shouldn't cause such a drop, and they add items to your credit without proper verification. Extremely frustrating!
