I withdraw my money from PlayerAuctions and I chose Neteller to receive.

However, when I try to transfer it out, it says protect your account and asks you to verify your phone number.

Here is the best part, your phone number must be invalid for whatever you entered.

This stupid website just want to scam my money so they can make money from it.

NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE!!!


Edit: After spending an hour, I managed to bypass the phone number shit and used my ID card to verify, and I finally succeed.
However, I would recommend you to transfer at least 200 USD each time since its minimum transfer fee is too high….

Literally the WORST ever! AVOID

Literally the WORST experience with any business I have ever had the misfortune of going through.Opened an account and deposited £100.Went through verification THREE TIMES and each time account was verified, instantly restricted on next transaction, THREE TIMES in a row.No phone number, unreasonable delay in replying to complaint tickets, never a coherent reply to ANY of my questions..... Still cannot withdraw the remainder of my balance because, guess what.....account needs verifying!Painful, frustrating experience, AVOID at all costs..... Plenty of others doing the same thing out there who simply HAVE to be better than these jokers.

Verification and Help chat are not even working!

A company paid me for a service in Neteller and I want to Withdraw my money. That was a VERY BAD IDEA to use Neteller! 1) I tried the mobile app and the mobile app is FORCING me to use Cyprus as the country of ID, because I live in Cyprus. But the problem is that I have a Greek ID ! So the only thing that I tried to verify from the mobile app was my yellow slip paper. But the mobile app has a camera software which is NOT working for big papers such as yellow slip! So I had to switch to Desktop.2) I was trying to talk with the chatbot at the Help Chat and I am constantly saying "Connect me with an agent". Then, the chatbot is asking what is my problem, I am choosing through the options and no matter what I choose, it is trying to give me a typical automatic answer and it is refusing me to connect!3) So I tried to verify myself through my PC webcam. I took a photo of the Greek ID. But the Greek ID is the old ID and the software of Neteller has REJECTED my application 24 hours after! I have even sent them an email and they are not replying!4) And now I am trying to login with the details saved by Google Login and it says: "Something went wrong. Please try again or contact us for assistance."5) I even tried to call the customer support in the phone number that is written in their website.But when ringing 2 times they close the line afterwards!VERIFY my account and FIX YOUR MOBILE APP AND WEBSITE ISSUES!This is literally the worst money platform that I have ever used!I WANT TO WITHDRAW MY MONEY!

Ho aperto un conto e inviato tutta la documentazione richiesta. Tutto regolare: il conto viene approvato e attivato, con conferma da parte loro che posso accreditare fondi.Effettuo due depositi a distanza di qualche giorno tramite MyBank, rispettando i limiti indicati da Neteller, da conto italiano e con stesso intestatario (quindi tutto conforme alle regole).I depositi MyBank vengono prima accreditati regolarmente (con relativa conferma), ma nel giro di pochi giorni “spariscono” e risultano con dicitura “eliminato”. Nel frattempo l’account viene limitato e mi viene richiesta nuovamente la trasmissione dell’estratto conto aggiornato, cosa già verificata in fase di apertura e comunque evidente, dato che i fondi sono arrivati tramite MyBank dallo stesso conto.Risultato: saldo negativo nonostante i due accrediti, i fondi non sono mai rientrati sul mio conto bancario e non è chiaro se siano stati respinti o altro, dopo che loro stessi avevano inizialmente confermato l’accredito.L’assistenza non risponde da giorni. Mai vista una gestione così inaccettabile. Nessun problema se vogliono chiudere il conto, ma non possono trattenere indebitamente i fondi né rifiutarsi di fornire informazioni su dove siano finiti accrediti regolarmente processati dalla mia banca.A breve mi attiverò per il recupero tramite le opportune sedi e per segnalare l’accaduto agli organi di vigilanza finanziaria presso cui risultano registrati. Everything was approved and the account was properly activated, with their confirmation that I could add funds.I then made two deposits a few days apart using MyBank, fully within Neteller’s limits and from an Italian bank account under the same name as my Neteller account—so everything was compliant with their rules.Both MyBank deposits were initially credited normally (with confirmation), but within a few days they “disappeared” and were marked as “deleted.” In the meantime, my account was restricted and I was asked again to provide an updated bank statement, even though this had already been verified during onboarding—and it’s obvious the funds came from that same bank account via MyBank.Result: my balance shows as negative despite the two deposits, the funds were never returned to my bank account, and it’s unclear whether they were rejected or something else—after Neteller had initially confirmed the credit.Customer support has provided no reply for days. I have never seen such an unacceptable way of handling customer funds. If they want to close my account, fine—but they cannot unlawfully hold my money or refuse to explain where my deposits went after my bank processed them successfully.I will shortly take action to recover the funds through the appropriate channels and report this to the financial regulators under which they are registered. Avoid at all costs.
