I am waiting for a refund for more than 120 Days now with no positive response from Cleartrip. Escalated to higher levels, seems like they treat their customers as Poop! COPY PASTE of CLEARTRIP email response. PLEASE READ Full as I've response from the Airlines after the below. "We received your request to know the status of your refund for Trip ID 2002xxxxxxxx(clipped)..In order to initiate the refund process, we had sent a Refund Application to Emirates but unfortunately, it is still pending with the airline for the authorization. Once the refund is processed from the airline, it will be credited to your account in 5 to 7 working days to your original mode of payment."Resonse of the Airline via online CHAT support"00:06:29 Akram : I'm not sure if the agent has requested the refund or not because your tickets are still openWe don't have any pending refund requests from March to August"The airline is saying the truth - Clear trip is lying since long time which I knew from the beginning.
