Tried this butchers for my first monthly meat shop, 2 out of 3 boxes came - 1 didn't until 48 hours later the courier "lost" it they was all hot and smelt had to be thrown away, DHL wouldn't deal with me said the sender had to go through protocol to get me my refund. There was alot of items also missing and the small sauces they sell were just thrown into a little bag and had broken and gone everywhere, I contacted about missing items and the box that had to be thrown away. Was told missing items would be sent out and complimentary steak - received the missing items nothing else lost over around 80 pound of meat on the box that had to be thrown away and every single time I've contacted this butchers they've not once acknowledged the box nor made any effort to contact DHL about it so i could get my money back or another box sent out. I'm a single mum and we're without and money down because of this obviously it was the couriers fault - but they'd only deal with Cleaver meats about the issue and now it would be too late for them to raise it for them IF they did ever bother to acknowledge it. All meats had short sell by dates on too - literally 2 days or so.
