I placed an order today and realized the size was incorrect. I quickly emailed the support team to inform them about the size change. Unfortunately, there is no contact number available for the company. I'm extremely disappointed, as this is a Christmas gift, and now I've received an email stating the order is about to ship. Despite sending 9 emails to resolve the issue, I have yet to receive any response from customer support. VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED! Payment was processed, but there has been no timely online assistance.
