Bought a pair of pulse runners a while ago. Very nice design and are reasonably comfortable. A major fault is that they scuff very easily and quickly, and the marks on the sole can be very difficult to get out. Plus, the cleaning kit is sold out and ridiculously expensive
Shoes arrived. Faulty, the lace hook on one shoe was torn off so unable to tie. Was told to send back for replacement or refund. Categorically request replacement. Was told I’d have to wait for a label to return, after 2 emails and days waiting, finally got it. Promptly sent off. Heard nothing so contacted. Was asked to send photo from post office,which I then did. Then told can’t replace as sold out. Totally mugged of by a clearly incompetent and shady company who won’t last long in a customer service driven economy, and the shoes are way over priced compared to other leading brands. Suggest people look elsewhere for value, style and decent price….. oh , and customer service, as these are clearly amateur!! Crap
I purchased some trainers for my partner as a Christmas gift and needed to return them, but I missed the return deadline. The support team was incredibly understanding and allowed me to return them, providing store credit, which was just what I needed to order a larger size. The trainers are also fantastic—amazing quality!
I placed an order today and realized the size was incorrect. I quickly emailed the support team to inform them about the size change. Unfortunately, there is no contact number available for the company. I'm extremely disappointed, as this is a Christmas gift, and now I've received an email stating the order is about to ship. Despite sending 9 emails to resolve the issue, I have yet to receive any response from customer support. VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED! Payment was processed, but there has been no timely online assistance.
Five stars without a doubt! These trainers are incredibly impressive; I almost don't want to wear them because they look so fantastic. Kudos to the team for creating such perfect footwear. The only downside was that the delivery took a bit longer than expected, but that's not a big issue at all! 💯👌👍👍👍👍
We chose next day delivery, but the items arrived three days later. I was informed that the delay was due to Black Friday, which I understand, but I believe that quick delivery options shouldn't be offered if they can't be guaranteed. I paid extra for this service and still haven't received a refund.

The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is due to the confusion with the delivery, as I didn’t receive my initial order. However, the company provided a full refund, and I ordered a new pair that arrived quickly. The quality is fantastic, and I truly appreciate the owner for being attentive to my concerns.
I had been watching these beautiful sneakers for months since my size was out of stock for a while. As soon as I noticed my size was available, I ordered them immediately. They arrived the very next day. When I opened the box, I was thrilled; they are absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend this service! 💯
