Shoes arrived. Faulty, the lace hook on one shoe was torn off so unable to tie. Was told to send back for replacement or refund. Categorically request replacement. Was told I’d have to wait for a label to return, after 2 emails and days waiting, finally got it. Promptly sent off. Heard nothing so contacted. Was asked to send photo from post office,which I then did. Then told can’t replace as sold out. Totally mugged of by a clearly incompetent and shady company who won’t last long in a customer service driven economy, and the shoes are way over priced compared to other leading brands. Suggest people look elsewhere for value, style and decent price….. oh , and customer service, as these are clearly amateur!! Crap
