Terrible Experience with Insurance Cancellation

I insured a pre-owned vehicle through the company. Once I realized the car wasn't suitable for me, I returned it as the dealer promised. Unfortunately, the company refused to cancel my insurance during the cooling-off period. I reached out via email within that time, but my message was ignored, and I was asked for the second month's payment. I declined and informed them of my cancellation request. They rejected it and threatened to mark me as a defaulter. After emailing their complaints department, I waited a week for a response, only to be told they would investigate. Now, I'm due for a pro-rata refund that they have yet to process. AVOID this service if you want a hassle-free insurance experience.
