I have been a customer since 2024, but in 2026, they denied my policy renewal, falsely stating I had an accident and a claim. They eventually acknowledged their mistake but only provided a new policy with significantly higher premiums. When I canceled due to changing my car, they charged me extra and provided conflicting information regarding refunds. Overall, very poor customer service and a frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this service.
