Terrible customer support. I purchased an LED mask that stopped working within the warranty period. I contacted support, who promised a replacement but never sent it. That was months ago. I've tried reaching out multiple times for updates, but no response. The product is too costly to risk such experiences. Very disappointed and will look for alternatives.
