I bought this overpriced mask, and it functioned properly only about five times before it began to emit a hot glue odor and is now completely non-functional. The support team hasn’t responded to my inquiries. I'm extremely frustrated.

This is a fraud. It’s not the genuine Cleopatra Mask. When searching for it, I was redirected to another site. My mask arrived and didn’t work at all. Eventually, someone responded to my emails and offered a partial refund while suggesting I keep the mask to save on emissions. This seems to be their business model—sell a non-functional mask and then offer a refund to avoid returns. I reported this to my credit card company. Avoid this!

It never worked as promised, doesn't hold a charge, lacks an intensity button, only cycles through colors, and turns off randomly. A complete waste of money. Typical behavior from this company, offering a 35% refund while I refused and asked for a full return. After back-and-forth emails, they claimed I was beyond the 30-day warranty.
