This is a fraud. It’s not the genuine Cleopatra Mask. When searching for it, I was redirected to another site. My mask arrived and didn’t work at all. Eventually, someone responded to my emails and offered a partial refund while suggesting I keep the mask to save on emissions. This seems to be their business model—sell a non-functional mask and then offer a refund to avoid returns. I reported this to my credit card company. Avoid this!
