I ordered the Cleopatra mask and tried to cancel the next day, but they refused. The mask took over two weeks to arrive. I contacted customer service on delivery day; the product was unopened. To summarize, if you order this mask, they will not accept returns or provide a refund! They don’t respond to emails, and if you’re lucky enough to get a return address, they will only refund a fraction of your payment if they accept it at all. A scam with horrible customer service!
