My mask malfunctioned within the warranty period. I called and emailed around 20 times but got no response from the company. I suspect the communication channels are not monitored. After threatening to escalate, I finally heard back, only to learn the 2-year warranty only applies in the first 30 days. Stay away from this untrustworthy company!
