My first visit here will definitely be my last. They charged me for an outpatient visit rather than an office visit, resulting in a hefty bill. My insurance even tried to intervene, but they refused to change it. They charged over $1,000 just for a consultation and attempted to push additional tests without informing me of cheaper alternatives. On top of that, they received my results but never reached out to discuss them. A terrible experience; I’ve learned my lesson.
