I was released from there care with a blood clot in my lung and infection in my lung and a blood clot in my leg.ms.Reem Imtiaz thought I needed no help people reached out to her never heard back from her. This Dr. Picks and chooses who she will help. She finally shows up I say something to her she tells me let me think what to give u . Next thing I know she's on an emergency call( her I can hardly believe it and I am discharged with some antibiotics. Who discharges some one that messed up oh and a new med a blood thinner. Where is follow up appointment with her which I never would have went any way wouldn't have went any way., not to her. The only thing good about Cleveland clinic was there nurses their aids and the wonderful woman who has worked her ass of cleaning for years. Girls and a man nurse he knows who he is and the girls all know who I'm talking about .I love them isn't it sad when they know more than the wreck of a doctor. This is so many times I've been treated this way. Run over by car. No more I'm switching my insurance again enough is enough. She is just one of the many washed up Drs. That have been there to long. Reem I wouldn't let my dog go to u. But I'm telling u now if something happens to me don't think Cleveland clinic will not have a major lawsuit over u Reem and ur pathetic attempt to be a Dr.
Ensure that your loved ones do not bring valuables to this facility. After a minor procedure, my uncle contracted Covid and lost a sentimental watch during his stay. The ombudsman has no power to address issues within the accounting department. While I am disappointed with the financial practices, I appreciate the medical care received from the doctors. I received my billing truth shortly after the procedure. The doctor deserves a high rating, while the finance team does not.
I am receiving care from the electrocardiology clinic. I want to commend the entire team for their professionalism and warmth. It took a few tries to perfect my treatment settings, but now everything is fantastic. I feel well cared for in this supportive environment.
