I'm extremely frustrated and wish I could give a zero-star rating. For days, I've been trying to resolve a double charge for a service. I received one activation key but ended up with two emails, suggesting I might have two accounts. After canceling one account (which only stops future charges without any refund), I discovered I actually have just one account. Is this service a scam? I'm very disappointed and will no longer use this service. I will also rethink other applications I'm using.
