I attempted to sell my device to a service, believing it was in great shape except for a few minor scuff marks on the screen. The service outright rejected the phone, claiming it's unusable, which seems excessive for such small scratches. They wouldn't even consider a lower price, which I would have accepted. They tried to return the device twice, but due to some processing issue, the carrier never picked it up from the location to ship it back. Nearly two months after sending it, my device is still stuck at the service center. Now, despite the issues on their end, they are blaming me and trying to charge me for my own device. I'm communicating with them via email, but the attitude I'm receiving is astonishing! I just want to sell or get my device back without being taken advantage of.
