I attempted to sell my device to a service, believing it was in great shape except for a few minor scuff marks on the screen. The service rejected the phone outright, claiming it's unusable, which seems excessive for such small scratches. They didn't even offer to reassess at a lower price, which I would have found acceptable. Attempts to return the device were made twice, but due to some processing issues, the carrier never picked it up from the designated location to ship it back. Nearly two months after sending it, my device remains stuck at the service center. Now, despite the apparent issues on their end, they are shifting the blame to me and trying to charge me for my own device. I'm in email communication with them, but the attitude I'm encountering is astounding! All I want is to sell or get my device back without being taken advantage of.
Overall, the experience was positive. It took some time to finalize, though. I returned a phone I believed was in excellent condition, but it was downgraded to good, which was disappointing. The service did provide photos of my phone. I'm satisfied overall.

The payout took over a month, which wasn’t promised in the confirmation email, and was actually less than what was initially offered. I would advise caution with this service; at one point, I thought I had been scammed due to the lack of communication from customer support.
This service is untrustworthy. They rated my pristine phone poorly, shared pictures of a device that likely isn't mine, and refused to provide clear evidence. I was left with no choice but to sell my phone at an absurd price, fearing they would return a different device.
