I placed an order on the 28th of November with premium shipping, which was supposed to take 4-8 days. Now it's the 10th of December, and the tracking shows the package has been at a depot for two days. The email contact on the service's website is not functional. It seems that comments on social media are being moderated, as only positive feedback is visible despite several comments being made. I have reached out through comments and messages but have received no response. After spending nearly £70, I am concerned that I may have been scammed.
