We purchased an Elite pack of blocks for our 4-year-old grandson during Christmas, and both he and his older sister were completely captivated. They set aside their tablets and enjoyed playing together, along with any adults who joined in. The adults were equally engaged! We decided to get three additional sets for our granddaughter's upcoming birthday. Although there were some shipping delays due to snow in the Netherlands that even affected major airports, the order arrived just in time for the celebration. This product and the service provided are highly recommended!
I ordered 2 legendary packs for my grandson, who will turn 6 in February. I had heard so much about these Click Blocks and decided to check them out. They looked fantastic, so I first ordered the Build a World Legendary set, and then the next day, I added the Frozen World Legendary pack. I became a bit worried when the packs hadn't arrived, so I reached out via email to express my concerns. However, the customer service was excellent; they assured me they would look into it. I shouldn't have worried. Both packs arrived a couple of days later, likely due to the parcel delivery service being overwhelmed with Christmas orders. My grandson is going to love these!
I accidentally entered an incorrect digit in my post code but reached out to the company immediately. Unfortunately, they ignored my request and refused to ask the delivery service to amend the address, which is their responsibility as the sender until the package is delivered. Now, I am left without my parcel and have lost £20. Thank you.
The magnetic block set arrived just in time for Christmas, and my twin grandchildren were thrilled with them! They began playing with the blocks immediately after unboxing and haven't put them down since! I'm excited to add more sets to our collection! I placed an order on the 28th of November with premium shipping, which was supposed to take 4-8 days. Now it's the 10th of December, and the tracking shows the package has been at a depot for two days. The email contact on the service's website is not functional. It seems that comments on social media are being moderated, as only positive feedback is visible despite several comments being made. I have reached out through comments and messages but have received no response. After spending nearly £70, I am concerned that I may have been scammed.
It took three weeks for my order to arrive, and when it finally did, it was definitely not worth the price I paid. I purchased a premium pack and an exclusive pack, which arrived without any packaging. I cannot recommend this for the cost.
I purchased a deluxe box set (the large set in a box) along with an underwater add-on during a Black Friday sale for about £50. It took around 10 days for them to arrive. While the sets are nicely presented, they are much smaller than I expected. Now I see they are significantly discounted, and I could have paid half of what I did. Honestly, I don't think the sets are worth the price I paid, so I recommend checking the cost and dimensions first.

Misleading advertising! This service does not deliver as promised. The blocks arrived in a simple zip lock bag, which was surprising. Don't be misled by the high ratings elsewhere. It was only after I received the product that I discovered numerous one-star reviews echoing similar complaints about missing storage boxes and smaller blocks than advertised. I requested a refund, but the company informed me that the storage box was only included with a premium pack and provided no further guidance on returning the item. I suspect they will respond with a generic message like they have to others. Avoid this service! It's a scam! Their response to my follow-up email mirrored the replies given to other dissatisfied customers. It’s clear they are accustomed to these issues. Overall, a disappointing experience. Please think twice before spending your hard-earned money with this seller.
