I ordered a specific dosage of weight loss medication at a cost of£109 £113 with postage. They advised i could not have that dosage and offered me a lower one. They then claimed that both were the same price and to check their website. I did and the lower dosage they are offering is only £64.00. So they are either trying to scam money out of customers by allowing them to order anything taking the payment and then changing that order to an item of lower value and not refunding the difference or their staff are so poorly trained that they can not compare prices on their own website. Either way I now have no confidence in this company. Order cancelled and refund requested.
