Keeps asking for photos. Even though had them 4 weeks previously on first order. You dont go from grossly obese to thin in 4 weeks! For old pple with no camera on their Pc this is a real hassle and unnecessary. Superdrug only asked once!

Poor service and lack of support

The service failed to deliver my prescription and refused to refund my money, stating it was my fault for attempting to change the delivery date with the postal service. After numerous emails, seeking legal advice, and threatening to file a complaint, they finally agreed to issue a refund. Weeks have passed, and I am still waiting.
