I am very dissatisfied with the indoor gardening system. It is advertised as an easy, low-maintenance solution, but that couldn't be further from the truth. The system requires excessive care, performs poorly, and consumes too much water. Despite closely following the instructions, I encountered persistent algae growth, weak plant health, and recurring issues that needed constant attention. This completely contradicts the promise of an “automated” garden. The customer support experience only added to my frustration. The resolution process was lengthy and unhelpful, ultimately ending with the claim that it was “too late” for a refund. This feels more like a tactic to exhaust customers than to genuinely assist them. With the high water usage, ongoing maintenance, persistent algae problems, and unhelpful support, this product is overpriced and overrated. I genuinely regret purchasing it and wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking a simple or sustainable indoor gardening solution. Save your money and your water.
