My experience with the service has been terrible. They want me to overpay for a trailer and then refund the excess amount. I took out a lease in March and requested the payoff by late April via email. They sent me an invoice with an address, and after my accountant sent a check, I received a letter stating the invoice was already paid. I contacted the support team and found out they had provided incorrect information. I requested a credit for two additional payments that were deducted from my account, but they refused and insisted I pay the entire lease payoff amount.
