Unsatisfactory experience with the service

Unsatisfactory experience with the service. They expect me to pay more for a trailer, then promise to refund the excess. I took out a lease in March and requested a payoff in mid to late April via email. They provided me with a total invoice along with an address. My accountant sent a check, and 55 days later, I received a letter from a well-known cargo company stating that the invoice had already been settled; I was advised to contact the leasing company. When I reached out to the leasing team, I found out they had given me incorrect information. I requested a credit for the two additional payments that were taken from my account, and I would pay the difference. They refused and insisted I pay the full lease payoff amount, promising to refund the two extra payments made.

Frustrating payment process

When I called to make a payment, the representative pressured me to pay earlier than I was comfortable with. I expressed my frustration, and since then, they have been calling me incessantly. They stopped accepting my payments in 2022 but act as if everything is fine.

Misleading practices and lack of transparency

Dealing with this service has been frustrating. There seems to be a bait-and-switch tactic at play, with a complete lack of disclosure about the terms. They are unwilling to provide any information when asked. The offer to settle for a specific amount seems suspicious, and I fear that when I try to pay it off, I will be told I owe more than expected. They refuse to put anything in writing, which raises red flags about their intentions.

Untrustworthy practices

I considered leasing equipment through this service, but upon seeing the actual payment terms, I opted out and paid cash instead. They were financing an amount significantly higher than the actual cost. I informed them of my decision to cancel the deal in accordance with consumer protection laws, but despite that, they charged my bank account over $400. I strongly advise against doing business with them.

Absolutely would not recommend

If I could rate them negatively, I would. After three years of payments with exorbitant interest, I attempted to pay off my account early, believing I had only a few payments left. They informed me I had more due and offered a minimal discount to pay it off. I find their practices dishonest and would never recommend this service to anyone.

Avoid this service for equipment purchases

I purchased a machine for $10,000, but by the end of the lease term, I will have paid over $23,600! This service is not worth engaging with. Even the lowest rating does not reflect how poorly I view them.

Disappointing and unreliable

This service is a poor excuse for a business. They promise great things but fail to deliver on their commitments. There are much better leasing companies that genuinely support small businesses.

Beware of predatory lending

A family member financed equipment through this service, which turned out to be a predatory lending situation. The initial cost ballooned significantly after just a year of payments. I would strongly advise looking for alternative options.

My experience with the service has been terrible. They want me to overpay for a trailer and then refund the excess amount.
