STEER CLEAR!!! The worst experience I've ever had. If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would definitely do so. Initially, they pick you up in a van, which is acceptable. However, then they take you on a pointless detour on the motorway! This seems necessary because, upon arrival at the office, the staff are incredibly SLOW and DISRESPECTFUL, leaving them needing extra time to manage customers. Our vehicle was scheduled for 10:30, yet we didn't leave the office with it until 12! Additionally, there’s a sneaky refuel charge of €35, and they require €100 for fuel upfront, which is refundable if you return the car full. This raises the question of why they impose a €35 refueling fee before the car is even filled up. Then there are the vehicles they provide. The first one offered to me was damaged, with scratches and a bumper hanging off. MAKE SURE TO DOCUMENT every wheel and panel! They do not accompany you during the handover but will meticulously inspect the car when you return it and attempt to charge you for even the slightest damage! Overall, a dreadful company to engage with. Terrible vehicles, terrible staff, and not even as affordable as initially claimed due to numerous hidden, deceptive fees. In their own promotional words, "DON'T WASTE TIME".
