After spending seven years with this bank, I can confidently say it has been a nightmare. The staff is rude and patronizing, even from the complaints department. All I wanted was to change my address, but as an injured veteran with limited access to resources, they dismissed my needs. I explained my disabilities, yet they insisted I handle everything online. I attempted to file a complaint as a result of their insensitivity, but it made no difference. I'm relieved to be switching banks, as their treatment has been appalling.
