After being with this bank for about seven years following a frustrating experience with another institution, I find that this service makes my previous bank seem exemplary in comparison. The staff are consistently rude and condescending, even those in the complaints department. I simply wanted to update my address, but as an injured veteran without access to my laptop due to my hand injury, I called for assistance. Despite having informed them of my disabilities years ago, they insisted I handle it online. When I expressed my frustration, they dismissed my concerns and continued to patronize me. It was disheartening and disrespectful. I'm relieved to be switching banks, even if it doesn't faze them.

I opened an account and transferred funds, only to receive a message stating they were closing my account for alleged fraud. This is absurd! They wouldn't allow me to transfer my money back and insisted I visit a branch that is far away, which is problematic due to my disabilities. The staff member I spoke to on the phone was rude and unhelpful. If they were going to close my account, why did they allow me to transfer funds initially? This has been the worst banking experience I've ever encountered.
I've been a loyal business customer for over 20 years, and this service is a complete joke. Despite consistent deposits and timely payments, they decided to revoke a small overdraft. After spending over an hour on the phone, they refused to review it until they received my last two years of accounts, which would cost me more than the overdraft itself. It's frustrating, especially after the challenges businesses have faced recently. They seem more interested in taking money than supporting their customers.
What a nightmare! I received a text asking if I had attempted to log into my account, which I hadn't. After multiple attempts to reach assistance, I kept getting cut off. I finally managed to speak to someone, but after sharing my concerns, I was left waiting and then disconnected again! I have wasted so much time and still have no answers. It's unbelievable how poor the service is!
The business support from this bank is laughable. It took five weeks to get a decision on a loan that should have been a sure thing. Given the current economic climate, their lack of support for small businesses is truly disappointing. This is a waste of time and needs to be addressed.
Every day this week, I've faced issues making simple payments or transfers, all blocked and requiring multiple calls to the fraud team. While fraud prevention is important, consistently blocking transactions to already approved companies is excessive.
They blocked a bank transfer and insisted I call about it. I’ve faced numerous payment blocks in the past. When I called, they asked intrusive questions about my transactions, which I found unacceptable. I was even threatened with being logged out if I didn’t comply. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating with this bank!
