After being with this bank for about seven years following a frustrating experience with another institution, I find that this service makes my previous bank seem exemplary in comparison. The staff are consistently rude and condescending, even those in the complaints department. I simply wanted to update my address, but as an injured veteran without access to my laptop due to my hand injury, I called for assistance. Despite having informed them of my disabilities years ago, they insisted I handle it online. When I expressed my frustration, they dismissed my concerns and continued to patronize me. It was disheartening and disrespectful. I'm relieved to be switching banks, even if it doesn't faze them.
