I have been using this service since February and completed a significant recording task worth €100. I spent nearly 10 hours on it. The task was marked as “completed,” and my balance was updated, indicating they acknowledged my work. Then, without any human review (it seems to be all AI or bots), the system auto-rejected the entire task for “bad quality/background noise.” I used a high-quality microphone and followed all instructions. Support closed my ticket immediately and denied any manual review. This is completely unfair and feels deceptive. The service cannot withhold payment for fully completed work after generating an invoice. I am requesting a real human re-evaluation and payment of the €100 that I rightfully earned. If this cannot be resolved internally, I will escalate the issue through the proper channels. I will update this review based on their actions. UPDATE: After their new response, they provided a different explanation than before. Initially, they claimed the task was rejected due to “bad quality/background noise.” Now they say my account was suspended for “multiple accounts from different countries,” which is not true and was never mentioned earlier. I have never created multiple accounts, and they have provided no evidence of this claim. This raises serious concerns about their internal consistency and transparency.
