Total scam, every time you select a survey you receive a message saying that you are eligible. Half way through the survey, usually after they ask all the personal info, suddenly you are ruled out for no reason specified and you get nothing, zero! Absolutely scam, they should be investigated for stealing sensitive data.
I recently completed Tastk Step Into Digital Identity! - Workitem #46838877.
The task was initially under review, then it was rejected and I was asked to make some modifications. I made the requested changes and resubmitted it.
After resubmission, the task went back under review with a pending balance of €15. However, the task has now completely disappeared from my account, and the pending payment is no longer visible.
I would appreciate clarification on what happened to the task and the pending payment, since I cannot find any record of it in my account.
So many jobs on their website don't work, are buggy or are just full on scams. And they have the audacity to take a tone in their Trustpilot replies. I've opened two tickets and had literally zero help regarding things that do not work on their website. There are SO MANY horror stories on Reddit about this company. The UHRS program is also dead. This company should be gone soon.
This is a scam. Earning any money here is nearly impossible; you'd be better off with a job at a convenience store or fast food, where pay is reasonable. The time and effort required for the tasks are not worth the tiny compensation offered. Who wants to spend hours of work for just 50 cents? It's truly a rip-off.
They are now suspending accounts by claiming multiple accounts were detected. How is it possible to open multiple accounts with the same ID? And why inform me of this only after I've completed several tasks? AVOID WORKING WITH THIS SERVICE!
Accounts are now being suspended on the basis of detecting multiple accounts. It's baffling how anyone could create multiple accounts using the same ID. Additionally, I was informed of this issue only after completing several tasks. I strongly advise against engaging with this service!
They requested a government-issued ID for sign-up, despite my repeated concerns about sharing such a personal document. Their refusal to address my concerns feels quite shady for any non-governmental platform to ask for an official ID containing sensitive information.
I have been using this service since February and completed a significant recording task worth €100. I spent nearly 10 hours on it. The task was marked as “completed,” and my balance was updated, indicating they acknowledged my work. Then, without any human review (it seems to be all AI or bots), the system auto-rejected the entire task for “bad quality/background noise.” I used a high-quality microphone and followed all instructions. Support closed my ticket immediately and denied any manual review. This is completely unfair and feels deceptive. The service cannot withhold payment for fully completed work after generating an invoice. I am requesting a real human re-evaluation and payment of the €100 that I rightfully earned. If this cannot be resolved internally, I will escalate the issue through the proper channels. I will update this review based on their actions. UPDATE: After their new response, they provided a different explanation than before. Initially, they claimed the task was rejected due to “bad quality/background noise.” Now they say my account was suspended for “multiple accounts from different countries,” which is not true and was never mentioned earlier. I have never created multiple accounts, and they have provided no evidence of this claim. This raises serious concerns about their internal consistency and transparency.
