My experience is about the same as many others. We got our units and they were nothing more than a fan. We contacted the company for a refund and they had us take pics, then a video and finally, we had to leave a positive review, and still we got no return info. We contacted our credit card company and they got Clamify to agree to a refund if we returned the products. The return facility is in the Netherlands and it will cost us nearly as much as we paid for this junk to return it. Today I get an email that says they WILL NOT accept the return as per their return policy. DO NOT waste your money on this product! I would give zero stars but it’s not an option!
