This company is to be avoided at all costs. Like many others, I was totally dissatisfied with the delivered product and on contacting them got the "Final Sale" response. I eventually got an offer of a 30% refund and to keep the goods. They only offered a full 100% refund once I had got PayPal involved. However they insisted that I return the goods for the full refund. I sent the goods back by courier but shortly afterwards received several emails from the courier informing me that Climafy were refusing to pay additional import charges. They have used this excuse to claim they have not received the goods and subsequently refused to make the refund. To make matters worse, PayPal have found in their favour as they claim I have not honoured the agreement to return the goods. I have left a similar review about PayPal and will never use them again.
Item not was expected, asked to return with the return form they provided at my expense, then told wouldn't get any refund because it was a sale item.no complaints department.so no item,no refund and the cost of sending it back . disgraceful service
I purchased two units. It was clearly stated on the page I purchased from that there was a sixty day money back guarantee. I got both units, neither one worked. I reached out to the company and they stated items are final sale. They refused a refund.
My husband ordered 3 of the units based on the website information. When they arrived they did not conform to stated claims. A unit rated at 1,500w cannot produce 3,500w of power - fact. The article was much smaller than the impression given in the photography and infact the website does not give product dimensions. We decided to ask for a refund and returned them - costing us 75 euros plus around 20 euros in tax when they arrived in China. A refund was promised within 7 - 10 dqys. Now 13 days later and still no refund, despite numerous e-mails. Do not buy from this company - BUYER BEWARE.
Total FRAUD! Very disappointed with the product as it does not perform as describes. Cool air is not working at all! And when tried to return thw product, company rejected the claim. And even now, they advertise 60 days refund policy under thw air condition!!! Do not trust this company! Their license should have been already revokes!!!
