Communication and service are absolutely deplorable. Avoid this company. We have been trying to receive a refund for an order placed in Sept (and we are now in December) that they failed to deliver on. The company are ignoring our emails and phonecalls. We will now be seeking legal advice.Ben from Climastar has been in touch today (08th Dec) and is investigating our complaint. Nice to speak to someone who looks to be actively seeking a resolution.
