The other components have a 2 or 3 year warranty (depending on when you bought them). This seems reassuring, making you think you'll have radiators for life, especially after a significant financial outlay, as their equipment is quite expensive. The REALITY is that when, after a few years, an internal component of the radiator breaks down (something inexpensive that should, in principle, be replaceable), it turns out the radiator can't be repaired. Their response is that those components are discontinued, and their only solution is to replace the radiator WITH A NEW ONE, requiring another outlay. You're left with the stone that had the lifetime warranty, to use as a headboard and bang your head against it every night for being so foolish as to trust these swindlers.
