I ordered two of the blocks knowing they were on back order and probably wouldn’t arrive until into the New Year. However, they arrived yesterday so that was a bonus. I could track their progress and even Royal Mail did their bit quickly.
The blocks are really good quality. I can’t even hold the thing but my partner is addicted already. He can’t put it down and is enjoying customising it and following the cards.
There was a slight issue with my order so I contacted the company through their website. I’ve had a lovely email and everything is being resolved. Great customer service. I can’t fault them.
This isn’t a cheap product but the quality and service are excellent and worth every penny. Buy the real thing. Just beware, they are very addictive :)

The customer service from the company was unhelpful and rather rude. My email inquiries were met with a surprising lack of professionalism. I was made to feel like a 'happy' customer just for having placed an order. Responses took several days, and when they did arrive, they felt curt and impatient. Even though my item was still far from the destination, they refused to change the delivery address. The customer service team could greatly benefit from training in politeness and effective communication.
