Had I known, I would not have ordered from this service. I was scheduled to see my physician soon, who sells the same supplements at the same price. Furthermore, the service offers tracking or text updates, but I have been unable to track my order due to not receiving a verification code, nor have I received any updates. I attempted to follow up during their stated hours, but there was no answer, and the voicemail box is full. The message asks for understanding as 'patient care is our priority.' While there may be well-meaning individuals behind the scenes, they seem to lack business acumen. I have no investment in the company; when I order supplements, I expect smooth service, and it is not my responsibility to accommodate their priorities. I recommend seeking alternatives as many companies offer supplements. They are quick to take your money but slow or non-existent on service.
