Until yesterday, I had not heard back from the seller, but I finally got a response directing me to check with the local postal office. However, I do not reside in the United States; I use a U.S.-based international shipping service to receive my product. I have replied once more to the seller, but I find their response unsatisfactory. I purchased from them, not the postal service, so directing me to contact them feels inappropriate. The seller should recognize their responsibility in ensuring the customer receives the product safely. I request resolution for this matter.

I attempted to follow up during their stated hours, but there was no answer, and the voicemail box is full. The message asks for understanding as 'patient care is our priority.' While there may be well-meaning individuals behind the scenes, they seem to lack business acumen. I have no investment in the company; when I order supplements, I expect smooth service, and it is not my responsibility to accommodate their priorities. I recommend seeking alternatives as many companies offer supplements. They are quick to take your money but slow or non-existent on service.
It is completely unethical for a company to fail to inform customers before a purchase that delivery will take two to three weeks. In my case, it took nearly three. This information should be disclosed prior to the order being placed, allowing customers to decide if they are willing to wait that long for a product that could be delivered much quicker from other vendors at the same price. If there is truly no way to expedite shipping, that should also be disclosed beforehand. I find it very unprofessional that the customer service line leads to a voicemail that indicates they prioritize other types of customers over you. I will not be purchasing from this company again. Longevity in business does not equate to doing everything correctly, and failing to disclose delivery times before payment is poor business practice.
After reading the reviews, I was quite worried, but thankfully the service performed excellently. I ordered three bottles of a product with free shipping on September 19, and my items arrived on September 23. They kept me informed via email, and everything arrived in good condition without any problems. It’s unfortunate that others faced difficulties, but not everyone has the same experience. Their prices are competitive, and I am satisfied with my order.
I have never encountered such a poor experience online while ordering vitamins and supplements. The service charged my card, and it has been in 'awaiting credit card settlement' for over a month. They have already taken my money, so what is the real reason for not shipping the product? I have been patient enough and plan to contact my bank in the morning to dispute the charges.
