My experience at Mono was good. From consultation assisted by Caren she made sure I get all the info and also answered all my questions regarding the procedure the clinic the travelling. When we arrived transport was already waiting for us. We were welcomed by a very sweet English speaking agent who was there translating for us taking me through all necessary pre op medical tests,explaining results and procedure,preparing us of what was to come. Mohamed was always a sms away day n night. He made our life’s very easy in foreign country where English is very minimal. After the procedure I met a lovely lady dietician by name Cagla who explained my diet post op and we did not struggle as she speaks English as well. The over all experience was just amazing. I am recovering very well thanks Mono clinic team for a job well done.
