I went for a gastric sleeve &breast reduction My experience was amazing, from the time I got picked up from the airport, to meeting the staff that explained everything to me, being taken for my pro op Tests by Mohamed who is very professional and friendly , the nurses were also very friendly and professional, my dietitian Cagla was amazing, she explain my diet plan to me and has been checking up on me weeks after my surgeries, overall, my experience was a 10/10, I can’t wait to go again for my tummy
Bekir was Very professional, patient, friendly and made sure all my needs were met. He always went above and beyond. I’d definitely recommend him as your patient coordinator. He was also a gentleman and never let me carry my own bags lol
We have had an excellent experience at Mono Clinic. They are such amazing hosts and make you feel like royalty. The Turks are such kind and patient people, as Americans, we were so impressed by the quality of care we received!
Bakir has been there every step of the way for us patiently explaining everything and interpreting where it’s needed. Any fears or reservations we could have, he has been a calming source with excellent linguistic skills 👌 🤌🏻
My fiancé and I came to Mono Clinic for his hair transplant, after finding them on social media. We didn’t really know what to expect in regards to Izmir, the Mono Clinic or “DBD” hotel, or just exactly how they would schedule our week there.
From the moment we land at the Izmir airport from Istanbul, we were greeted with nothing but warmth, hospitality, and kindness. Gözde, or “Gigi,” picked us up, we had a great conversation on the way to the hotel and she gave us recommendations for what to do when we had free time in Izmir. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the room was stunning, and the breakfast is TO DIE for (my favorite meal of the day). Added bonus was the Jacuzzi in the room. We were in a group chat with 11 staff members, including the nurse, our coordinator, Gigi, drivers, and many others who were there at service. If we had any questions, we asked in the group chat, and we got a response within five minutes.
As for my fiancé’s surgery, he was, understandably so, somewhat nervous. All of his nerves went away when we arrived at the hospital (in a luxurious car, mind you), met the staff and doctors, and got his questions answered. His surgery went seamlessly, as did his post-surgery appointments, and we were given clear, detailed instructions for aftercare for when we return to the states.
I truly, genuinely, have nothing but positive things to say about our experience, Mono Clinic, the DBD hotel, and the staff. We enjoyed our time so much, and hope to stay in contact with some of the staff that we loved. Everyone was phenomenal, but I want to give a special shout out to Gözde/Gigi, Bekir, Emre, Furkan, Umutcan, Almira, Murat, Burcu, and Beste.
Cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you Mono Clinic for everything.
I spent ten days in the villa, and it was days like when I was at home with Seriy, Hassan and Umutcan. It was organized and arranged with something good, clean and good services. Thank you, Mono Clinic

I had a best experience from mono clinic , I was there for my gastric sleeve the procedure was amazing Mohamed my personal assistant has be to kind ,my dietician Calga from day one she’s been amazing responding on my text how to eat I’m giving them 10 /10
My experience at Mono was good. From consultation assisted by Caren she made sure I get all the info and also answered all my questions regarding the procedure the clinic the travelling. When we arrived transport was already waiting for us. We were welcomed by a very sweet English speaking agent who was there translating for us taking me through all necessary pre op medical tests,explaining results and procedure,preparing us of what was to come. Mohamed was always a sms away day n night. He made our life’s very easy in foreign country where English is very minimal. After the procedure I met a lovely lady dietician by name Cagla who explained my diet post op and we did not struggle as she speaks English as well. The over all experience was just amazing. I am recovering very well thanks Mono clinic team for a job well done.
First of all, I want to thank to the whole Mono Team, for being part of such an important chapter of my life, for taking care of myself and my well-being, for the friends I've made during my staying ❤️
I am really grateful for every moment you stole from your time to even respond to my (many) messages, for every laugh I had, even though I was in pain. All of you knew exactly when and what to say to make the pain go away, even for a few seconds (and it was really great!)
