Am Clinique customer from last 5 years , usually I order online . I received £10 off voucher through email to redeem at any Clinique counter by just showing the voucher at checkout counter .as per my location nearest Clinique counter was Exchange mall Debenhams.it was hard to get hold of any staff to get my product out of shelf, after struggling hot hold of manager named Liz , after receiving product at checkout she refused to accept the voucher. She didn’t bother to check further or investigate if there is anything mentioned on the voucher . I paid the full amount , after checking with my friend who received the same voucher and redeemed at checkout without hassle. I went back and explained the same and asked the explanation why she can’t accept as it has clearly mentioned to present the voucher at counter to redeem. She didn’t have any answer and refunded £5.70 because the item was on offer and she couldn’t accept the voucher for £10.00 . Pathetic service and wasted my 45 mins just to buy a single product. She clearly said we are Debenhams and have nothing to do with Clinique offers as they didn’t provide any instructions.
