Disappointing experience with a birthday gift order

I placed an order for a product as a birthday gift for my wife on 17/11/25 and paid in full at that time. On 19/11/25, I received an email stating my parcel had been dispatched, but here I am on 6/12/25 with still no delivery, no gift, and no communication from the company. I attempted to reach out via phone, holding during my entire break at work for three consecutive days. I also tried the chat option, which was just a series of unhelpful responses leading to the same dead ends. Eventually, I received a text at 11:59 am stating that an adviser would contact me ASAP. By 5:45 pm, I got another text saying they would address my issue, but it was filled with the same empty promises. Now, my wife is left wondering why her gifts never arrived on her birthday, and I find myself in trouble. To top it off, there has been NO follow-up from the company. I strongly advise avoiding this frustrating service if possible.

Missing parcels, no help in recovering

Generally ok with majority of products I use from Clinique. However, they use Evri to deliver and my parcels often get lost and always get abandoned on the doorstep. Hopefully you can get to them before they disappear. I’ve tried Clinique customer services but it’s clear they do not want to help as you can only contact them remotely and wait, generally more than 30 minutes, before someone comes online. Awful service.

Ever get the feeling you’ve been conned

I ordered a Clinique product as part of a birthday gift for my wife on 17/11/25 , I paid in full at time of order on the 19/11/25 I received an email informing me my parcel has been dispatched but here I am on 6/12/25 and still nothing parcel still no gift, still no contact from Clinique with any explanation I tried to get in touch via a call on hold my entire break at work 3 days on the trot , do I tried the “watsap” option and this is about as useful as a chocolate teapot just a stream of stupid replies leading to the same unhelpful answers finally after this routine I get a text at 11.59 am our adviser will be in touch asap do at 5.45 pm I get a text saying they will deal with my issue this was on 2/12/25 this consisted of the same empty meaningless lies I got earlier in the day and here I sit with my wife wondering why it was that on her birthday her gifts from Clinique never arrived and me in the doghouse and here is the best bit STILL NO CONTACT FROM CLINIQUE My advise avoid this waste of space company if you can

Evri stole my delivery

Evri stole my delivery. Why oh why do companies use Evri, when it is guaranteed that many customers will be left disappointed. Trying to contact Clinique is near impossible. Contact through WhatsApp, but disconnected after they took 1.5 hours to reply! I just want my money back and never want to order again, from anyone using Evri, ever.

Can’t believe the difference in the…

Can’t believe the difference in the quality of many of their products . Also the size of their gift sets for the price is very poor .

Poor customer service

Unable to get through via chat or phone. Parcel lost twice and despite trying for hours just got message to contact again in again a few days and chat was ended

I won't use the website in the future.

Ordering process is ok but they choose to use Evri which is just a dismissive waste of customers' time as it will mean missed or lost deliveries and wasted time. The customer service experience was also very poor. Generally, I am still loyal to the products but I won't use the website in the future.

Avoid Clinique

I ordered (very expensive) Clinique products for a birthday. They were out for delivery on Monday with Evri but mysteriously were never delivered. There has been no update from Clinique or Evri on where the parcel is or when it will be redelivered, despite 3 phone calls and multiple online chats. I asked Clinique to resend as I believe this parcel is lost and they have refused. I tried to raise a complaint and they have no complaints process. I will never use them again.

Disappointing, waste of money

I was happy with my quickliner eyeliner as it didn't irritate and went on smoothly. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews about it only lasting a few weeks. What a waste of money, there is only a tiny bit of eyeliner in the tip, the rest us just an empty shell. I will not purchase again, I'm sticking to my no 7 stay perfect pencil.
